Purchase Executive

Purchase Responsibilities · Excellent with Vendor development · Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc. · Should have international purchase exposure. · Should maintain price comparison data sheet of entire year. · Excellent purchase experience of Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics component or in Mechatronics Purchase. · Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of goods · Generate report of purchase for ongoing projects. · Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions. · Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements. · Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns. · Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and resolving shortcomings. · Analysing industry and demand trends and supporting senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies. · Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records. · Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Requirements and skills · Proven experience as Purchase & administration Executive · In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies · Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles · Proficient in MS Office · An analytical mind with problem-solving skills · Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities · A team player with leadership skills ·Technical graduate, B.E. , B.Tech or equivalent degree Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Application Question(s): Current CTC?
