NSCP Design Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of instrumentation valves, tube fittings, and laboratory autoclave systems, serving industries such as oil & gas, chemical, pharmaceutical, biotech, and research laboratories.

We are expanding our procurement team and are looking for a skilled Purchase Engineer with experience in sourcing raw materials, components, and engineering products for instrumentation valves, tube fittings, and autoclave manufacturing.

Job Type:

Full-time | On-site

Experience Required:

1 to 5 years in purchase/supply chain/procurement (preferably in engineering, instrumentation, or manufacturing industry)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and qualify vendors for raw materials, components, and engineering products.
• Handle procurement of materials such as stainless steel, exotic alloys, precision components, fittings, valves, and autoclave parts.
• Negotiate with suppliers for best prices, delivery timelines, and quality assurance.
• Issue purchase orders and track material delivery as per production requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships and supplier database.
• Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and support material planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Prepare reports on procurement costs, supplier performance, and savings achieved.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience in procurement/purchase in engineering or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of instrumentation valves, fittings, pressure vessels, and machining components (preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, or procurement software.
• Good understanding of quality standards, materials, and supply chain processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in sourcing stainless steel, alloys, and precision engineering products.
• Knowledge of international standards (ASME, ASTM, ISO, DIN, API).
• Exposure to supplier audits and quality compliance.

Salary Range:

₹ 20,000 – ₹ 40,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)
