NSCP Design Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of instrumentation valves, tube fittings, and laboratory autoclave systems, serving industries such as oil & gas, chemical, pharmaceutical, biotech, and research laboratories.

We are expanding our customer support and service team and are looking for a Service Engineer with hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instrumentation valves, tube fittings, and autoclave systems.

Job Type:

Full-time | On-site / Field Service

Experience Required:

1 to 5 years in servicing/maintenance of instrumentation valves, fittings, or autoclave/laboratory equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service instrumentation valves, manifolds, tube fittings, and autoclave systems at client sites.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues in valves and autoclaves.
• Conduct pressure tests, leakage tests, and validation checks.
• Train client personnel on operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Maintain service records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams for technical support.
• Provide feedback to R&D for continuous product improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards during service activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Production Engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience in servicing valves, fittings, or laboratory autoclaves.
• Strong knowledge of high-pressure valves, sealing mechanisms, and piping systems.
• Familiarity with testing procedures as per ASME, ASTM, ISO, API standards.
• Good communication skills for client interaction and training.
• Ability to travel for on-site service assignments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in autoclave and laboratory equipment servicing.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
• Understanding of GMP, pharma, and laboratory compliance requirements.

Salary Range:

₹ 20,000 – ₹ 40,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)
