Job Description

Job Summary:

  • This role serves as a liaison between internal departments and external vendors, helping to streamline procurement operations and support overall supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery.
  • Review purchase requests and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Issue purchase orders and follow up on order confirmations and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor details.
  • Track inventory levels and initiate replenishment as needed.
  • Resolve issues related to shipment delays, shortages, or quality concerns.
  • Support vendor negotiations and contract management.
  • Liaise with accounts payable for invoice verification and payment processing.
  • Assist in preparing procurement reports and analysis for management.

Additional Requirements:

  • Only Female Candidates are required
  • Graduate from any discipline
  • Freshers can also apply
  • Basic Computer MS Office Skills are required
  • Excellent Communication Skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
