Hiring: Sr. Corporate Sales Co-Ordinator - IT Hardware products

Location: Andheri, Mumbai | Kanfa Supply Solutions

We are looking for an organized and proactive professional to join our IT team as a Sr. Corporate Sales Co-Ordinator. You will handle sales quotations, coordinate with vendors, process orders and ensure timely delivery of IT products to corporate clients across India.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inquiries for IT products from our existing corporate clients.

* Source and negotiate with respective vendors.

* Prepare client quotations

* Follow up, close deals and manage order processing.

* Coordinate with vendors and internal team for timely dispatch and delivery.

* Address and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Bachelors degree in business, commerce or related discipline preferred.

* Minimum 3-5 years experience in sales support, quoting and order coordination, preferably in IT product sales.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

* Proficient in MS Office & CRM software

* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

* Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
