Job Description

Job Summary:

This role serves as a liaison between internal departments and external vendors, helping to streamline procurement operations and support overall supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery.
Review purchase requests and obtain necessary approvals.
Issue purchase orders and follow up on order confirmations and deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor details.
Track inventory levels and initiate replenishment as needed.
Resolve issues related to shipment delays, shortages, or quality concerns.
Support vendor negotiations and contract management.
Liaise with accounts payable for invoice verification and payment processing.
Assist in preparing procurement reports and analysis for management.

Additional Requirements:

Only Female Candidates are required
Graduate from any discipline
Freshers can also apply
Basic Computer MS Office Skills are required
Excellent Communication Skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift
