Purchase Manager

Purchase Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, parts, and services. This role ensures timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials to meet project and operational needs, while maintaining quality standards and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Management:

• Source and purchase HVAC equipment, components, and related materials from approved vendors.
• Ensure purchases meet project specifications, company standards, and budgetary constraints.
• Evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate terms, and issue purchase orders.

Vendor Management:

• Identify, and evaluate new suppliers to expand sourcing options.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliability and quality of goods.

Cost Control & Budgeting:

• Monitor and control procurement budgets.
• Seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or timelines.
• Analyze pricing trends and market conditions.

Inventory Coordination:

• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Avoid shortages or excess inventory through proactive planning.

Documentation & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant industry regulations.
• Oversee warranty, delivery, and return processes.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and installation teams to understand technical requirements.

Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
