Job Description

Role Overview: As a Purchase Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Procurement Head in the day-to-day purchasing operations for textile materials. Your role will involve coordinating with vendors, processing orders, tracking inventory, and maintaining documentation to facilitate a seamless procurement process. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Procurement Head in planning and executing purchase activities. - Create and manage purchase orders for fabrics, trims, and accessories. - Coordinate with suppliers for delivery schedules, quality checks, and follow-ups. - Maintain procurement records and update inventory levels. - Support negotiations and participate in vendor evaluations. - Collaborate with production, warehouse, and quality teams for material planning. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a Textile-related field. - Minimum 1 year of purchasing experience, preferably in textiles or garments. - Strong organizational and follow-up skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement tools. - Good communication and vendor management skills.,
