Publisher Account Manager

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Publisher Account Manager with 2+ years of experience in managing and scaling publisher relationships in the programmatic ecosystem. The ideal candidate should be confident in directly communicating with publishers, managing their onboarding and day-to-day needs, and ensuring smooth account performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

 Build and manage supply-side partnerships across international markets

Identify, onboard, and grow new partners to fuel revenue

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, and Tech teams

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned publisher accounts.

Coordinate with publishers directly for onboarding, integration, performance monitoring, and optimization.

Monitor daily performance metrics and keep a regular check on inventory quality, discrepancies, and revenue trends.

Troubleshoot issues related to demand delivery, ad quality, or technical integration.

Work closely with internal teams including Ad Ops and Demand to align publisher supply with buyer requirements.

Ensure correct implementation of standards like VAST tags, oRTB, Prebid.js, ads.txt/app-ads.txt.

Share performance reports, insights, and recommendations with internal stakeholders and publishing partners.

Maintain and grow relationships with publishers by providing proactive support and identifying upsell opportunities.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in publisher account management, preferably in programmatic advertising.

Strong understanding of SSPs, RTB, and header bidding workflows.

Hands-on experience with platforms like Aniview, ADT and Smarthub.

Hands-on experience managing and scaling publisher accounts.

Strong analytical mindset and comfort with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting dashboards.

Excellent communication and coordination skills—must be comfortable engaging with publishers directly via email and calls.
