Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with publishers in the

  search arbitrage ecosystem

• Onboard new publishers and guide them through the Scaler platform.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimize for ROI, and resolve issues quickly.
• Collaborate with compliance and product teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify scaling opportunities and unlock new revenue growth for partners.

• Proven experience in search arbitrage, publisher account management, or affiliate network operations.

• Strong understanding of RSOC feeds, ad compliance, and performance marketing metrics.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable working in a hybrid role with a global, distributed team.
