Role Overview

PR & Communications Manager (8-10 years)

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Communication & Brand Leadership

  • Develop and execute communication strategies that promote excellence, leadership, and credibility in India and international markets.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all media channels and stakeholder touchpoints.
  • Drive PR opportunities that enhance brand image, visibility, and credibility.
  • Maintain the balance of all the media channels to reach the right TG across countries
  • Create and maintain a monthly & yearly calendar to maintain the consistency in the visibility of the brand

Content Development & Storytelling

  • Write and review press releases, thought-leadership articles, and other communication documents as required.
  • Support brand marketing with impactful storytelling and delivery of key messages.
  • Maintain a content repository including press releases, articles, FAQs, and briefing documents.

Stakeholder & Agency Management

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners to ensure seamless communication.
  • Manage PR agency output to strengthen brand reputation and influence.

Monitoring & Measurement

  • Track the effectiveness of PR activities and outcomes on a regular basis.
  • Fine-tune communication strategies based on performance metrics and insights.
  • Manage team operations, ensuring performance, compliance, and timely execution.

Crisis & Reputation Management

  • Deploy and monitor crisis communication strategies in coordination with legal teams and brand custodians.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of proven experience in

    PR, communications, or media relations

    .
  • Strong network of media contacts across print, digital, and broadcast.
  • Demonstrated expertise in

    crisis communication and brand reputation management

    .
  • Experience in

    social media amplification of PR coverage

    .
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage agencies, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to deliver within deadlines.
