Property Manager

The Property Management Executive will be responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring smooth coordination between property owners, tenants, and service vendors. The role includes managing tenant onboarding, documentation, background verification, and preparing rental agreements, along with addressing tenant queries, complaints, and conducting move-in/move-out inspections. The executive will oversee all property maintenance activities by coordinating with electricians, plumbers, carpenters, cleaners, and other vendors, ensuring timely repair work and routine inspections to maintain the overall condition of each property. The job also involves rent collection, sending reminders, maintaining receipts and ledgers, and coordinating payments for utilities, society dues, and other charges. The candidate will maintain digital records, ensure compliance with rental laws and society regulations, and assist in listing vacant properties, conducting site visits, and managing inquiries. Regular communication with property owners, including monthly updates, expense summaries, and inspection reports, is a key part of the role. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, good coordination abilities, a customer-service mindset, and familiarity with the local real estate market. The role may require field visits, flexible timings, and preferably a two-wheeler for local travel.
