Job Title: Property Manager – Shalom Sky City (Gachibowli, Hyderabad)

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM

Reports To: The Havilah Company Management – Shalom Sky City

About the Role

Shalom Sky City, a premium Grade-A commercial property in Gachibowli, is seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee daily operations, facility management, tenant relations, and leasing activities. This role requires a hands-on leader with a balance of operational efficiency and client service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations, maintenance schedules, and facility upkeep.
• Act as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing queries and maintaining positive relationships.
• Supervise on-site teams, including housekeeping, security, and vendors.
• Manage rent collections, lease documentation, and financial reconciliations.
• Handle leasing inquiries, conduct property tours, and coordinate new tenant onboarding.
• Monitor contract compliance and track vendor and tenant agreement renewals.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and building compliance standards.
• Support management with regular reporting and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or Facilities Management.
• 5-8 years of experience managing commercial or mixed-use properties.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and reporting.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software/tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
