Role Overview

end-to-end management of assigned properties


Property Operations & Maintenance

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties (villas/apartments)
  • Ensure properties are always 

    guest-ready

     (cleanliness, amenities, safety)
  • Coordinate regular maintenance, repairs, AMC services, and audits
  • Conduct periodic property inspections and checklist-based audits
  • Manage inventory (linen, toiletries, appliances, consumables)


Guest Management & Experience

  • Coordinate 

    guest check-in & check-out

     processes
  • Act as point of contact for guest queries, issues, and escalations
  • Ensure quick resolution of complaints with minimal guest disruption
  • Maintain high guest satisfaction and 

    5-star review standards

  • Coordinate special guest requests (decor, chef, celebrations, add-ons)


Housekeeping & Staff Coordination

  • Manage housekeeping staff, caretakers, and on-ground vendors
  • Ensure cleaning SOPs and hygiene standards are strictly followed
  • Train caretakers and staff on guest etiquette and service protocols
  • Create staff duty rosters and ensure availability during bookings


Owner Relationship Management

  • Act as the single point of contact for property owners
  • Share regular updates on property performance and upkeep
  • Handle owner concerns related to maintenance, expenses, or guests
  • Ensure owner trust through transparency and responsiveness


Qualification

  • 1-2 years experience in hospitality, property management, hotels, or serviced apartments.
  • Strong operational and people-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities.
  • Comfortable with on-ground execution and site visits.
  • Basic knowledge of housekeeping, maintenance, and hospitality SOPs.
  • Tech-friendly (PMS, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, checklists)
