Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of residential or commercial properties, ensuring smooth functioning and tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities include leasing properties, coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing budgets, handling rent collection, addressing tenant inquiries, and ensuring compliance with local property laws and regulations. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with tenants and vendors while ensuring property profitability and functionality.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to efficiently manage day-to-day property operations.
• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with tenants and vendors.
• Knowledge of property laws, rental regulations, and compliance requirements specific to the location.
• Experience with financial management, including budgeting and rent collection processes.
• Ability to coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements.
• Proficiency in property management software or relevant tools is preferred.
• Problem-solving skills to resolve tenant concerns and operational challenges effectively.
• Prior experience in property management or a related field is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
