Prompt Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Prompt Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will develop high-quality, structured prompts to guide AI model behavior across various domains. Your expertise will help us enhance the performance of our AI applications and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Optimize Prompts: Create structured prompts to effectively guide AI behavior in different applications.
• Testing and Analysis: Test, analyze, and refine prompts for accuracy, relevance, and efficiency to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to seamlessly integrate prompts into applications and workflows.
• Advanced Prompting Strategies: Research and apply advanced prompting techniques such as few-shot learning, chain-of-thought prompting, and context optimization.
• Maintain Documentation: Keep prompt libraries, documentation, and evaluation metrics up to date for internal and external reference.
• Feedback Loop: Provide insightful feedback to improve model performance and overall product outputs.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in AI and machine learning principles.
• Experience in prompt engineering or related fields.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance evaluation methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
