About the Role

We're hiring Prompt Engineers to help us push the boundaries of AI execution. You'll work at the intersection of product, language, and logic, building agents, crafting workflows, and making AI do real work.

This isn’t a copy-paste prompt monkey role. It’s for someone who understands systems, can design intelligent agent behavior, and speaks the language of both humans and machines.

You’ll work directly with the founder and a small team shipping fast.

What You'll Do

• Write, test, and optimize prompts across various LLMs

• Design multi-turn conversations, role-based agents, and task-specific flows

• Collaborate with engineering to build intelligent automations

• Train and evaluate agents on reasoning, hallucination control, and performance

• Think deeply about edge cases, failure modes, and fallback logic

• Contribute to internal tooling and prompt libraries

You Should Have

• Strong writing and analytical thinking skills

• Hands-on experience with GPT, Claude, or open-source LLMs

• Familiarity with system prompts, function calling, memory management, and agent design

• A product mindset. You care about outcomes, not just inputs

• Experience with tools like LangChain, OpenAI functions, or similar frameworks is a plus

• Bonus if you've built bots, agents, or apps using LLMs
