Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy

  AI agents

  using Microsoft Co-Pilot tailored to departmental needs (Sales, HR, Marketing, Operations, etc.).
• Automate business processes and knowledge access through intelligent workflows and training support tools.
• Develop role-play simulations and interactive tools to assist in job-specific performance enhancement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with department leads to understand needs and identify AI automation opportunities.
• Create a scalable and sustainable framework for AI adoption across the organization.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for internal AI automation strategy and best practices.
• Stay current on the latest AI advancements and recommend relevant innovations for future phases of AI adoption.

Qualifications:

• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience

  in AI implementation, automation, and agent development.
• Experience working with

  Microsoft Co-Pilot

  , including

  prompt engineering, agent creation, and workflow automation

  .
• Strong understanding of how AI tools can improve enterprise productivity and efficiency.
• Background in working with cross-functional teams and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with AI integrations, LLMs (large language models), or related platforms is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with additional AI/ML tools or platforms (ChatGPT, Power Automate, Azure AI, etc.).
• Prior experience driving enterprise-wide automation or digital transformation initiatives.
• Background in process mapping or change management is a plus.
