Project Support Coordinator

About the Company

Devashish Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of our Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams (design, fabrication, procurement) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, contractors) to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

About the Role

The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of PEB projects through effective coordination and communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project activities from kick-off to handover
• Liaise with design, procurement, fabrication, and erection teams to track progress
• Maintain and update project schedules, reports, and documentation
• Communicate with clients for approvals, site readiness, and updates
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to the site
• Assist in resolving site-level issues in coordination with the project manager
• Conduct regular follow-ups with site teams and vendors for execution updates
• Maintain records of drawings, change orders, and quality checklists
• Support in preparing progress reports, billing documentation, and closure files

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in infrastructure or industrial projects (PEB experience preferred)

Required Skills

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, and basic AutoCAD understanding
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with project documentation, drawings, and basic BOQs

Preferred Skills

• Experience in PEB projects
