Project Support Coordinator

Role Summary:

Supports healthcare projects by managing administration, coordinating teams, and ensuring compliance, helping projects stay on track and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.
  • Coordinate communication among clinical staff, management, and vendors.
  • Track project milestones, KPIs, and risks.
  • Assist with compliance, audits, and quality assurance.
  • Organize meetings, training, and resources.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of healthcare processes and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello).
