Job Description

Devashish Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead business development efforts and drive revenue growth in the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) and infrastructure solutions sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong industry knowledge, strategic thinking capabilities, and a successful track record in B2B sales within construction, steel structures, or related industries. As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for both strategic planning and operational implementation. Your duties will include identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting brand growth through targeted marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. - Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closures. - Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers such as architects, consultants, builders, and corporate clients. - Collaborate closely with design and project teams to provide technical insights during client interactions. - Supervise the preparation of quotations, tenders, and customized client documentation. - Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand visibility. - Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms. - Maintain CRM data, generate sales reports, and provide regular forecasts for leadership evaluation. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business; MBA is preferred. - At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing within the infrastructure or PEB industry. - Strong network within industrial or commercial construction sectors. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and a basic understanding of technical drawings would be advantageous.,
