Job Description

Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Project Sales Development : Drive business through direct project sales by engaging with interior designers, architects, contractors, PMC consultants , and key decision-makers. Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong professional relationships with design influencers and architecture firms across Kolkata and surrounding regions. Lead Generation & Conversion : Identify upcoming residential, commercial, and hospitality projects; track and convert specifications into business opportunities. Product Specification : Ensure plywood and laminate products are specified in design stages through active product presentations and mock-ups. Site Coordination : Follow up with site engineers, contractors, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and product compliance. Market Intelligence : Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to formulate effective sales strategies. Reporting & CRM : Maintain regular reports, pipeline updates, and data in CRM systems; provide insights to the regional and zonal sales teams. Preferred candidate profile Graduate , MBA preferred. Experience in dealing with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, or PMC firms is a must. Strong network in the Kolkata interior design and architect community. Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.
