Job Description: Project Sales Executive Key Purpose of the Job : As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department. Your role will involve being the first point of contact to the sales lead and a combination of administrative tasks, coordination, and communication to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team Key Responsibilities Sales/BD Activities: 1. Achievement of the Business plan State wise 2. Managing the sales & ensuring profitability of the same 3. Ensure business growth and sales volume 4. Formulation & implementation of sales & marketing budget 5. Conceptualizing / designing & implementing regional sales & marketing plans for accomplishment of assigned targets by establishing strong client/ dealer / Distributors/contractor / architect relationship 6. Managing the entire sales & distribution network for the region 7. Brand promotion activities to increase brand visibility in the region 8. Ensuring price & credit control 9. Develop & recruit a strong technically qualified sales force across the region 10. Optimum utilization of resources & cost management 11. Initiating ATL and BTL activities and participating in the exhibition Sales Coordination: 1. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders. 2. Assist in the coordination of sales events, trade shows, and conferences. 3. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. 4. Track and manage sales-related expenses, including processing reimbursements and invoices. Data Management and Reporting: 1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. 2. Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review. 3. Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Communication and Relationship Management: 1. Serve as a liaison between sales executives, clients, and internal teams, ensuring timely and effective communication. 2. Follow up on sales inquiries, requests, and issues to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and partners. Administrative Support: 1. Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales executives. 2. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations as needed. 3. Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for sales-related documents and records. 4. Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and sales agreements. 5. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate parties. Key Skills / Experience Required Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in business administration/ commerce, marketing and Sales, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or similar role, preferably in a sales or business environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software. Prior experience Minimum 5 years of Experience Sales in Architectural and Theming Industry would be an added advantage. Other skills (preferred) Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities.
