As a Business Development professional specializing in Project Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the company. Your role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Turnkey Projects Industry. Your responsibilities include: - Identifying and developing new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence. - Working on Designing & Solution expertise, SITC & turnkey projects to meet client requirements. - Building and nurturing strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders. - Creating and implementing strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets. - Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. - Monitoring and reporting on key sales metrics and market trends to drive informed decision-making. - Staying updated with industry developments and advancements to remain competitive in the market. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Masters degree in Business or a related field. - 3 to 4 years of experience in business development or sales within the MEP Turnkey Projects Industry. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders. - Self-motivated and target-driven. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to travel as required.
