Role Overview

As a Project Sales Manager, you will drive project sales by engaging builders, architects, and other key influencers. You will be responsible for mapping new projects, understanding customer needs, positioning KALCOs offerings, driving negotiations, ensuring smooth execution, and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Map new and upcoming projects in the assigned territory.

Study the local competitive landscape and architectural trends.

Understand customer/project-specific requirements and buying practices.

Position KALCOs strengths and offerings effectively to decision-makers.

Prepare and present proposals, handle final discussions with stakeholders.

Coordinate with the project execution team to ensure smooth delivery.

Own project delivery as per agreed terms and collect receivables.

Secure written testimonials from satisfied clients/influencers.

Manage client relationships for repeat and referral business.

Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.
