Job Description

  • Defines & update the project management processes, standards and governance
  • Tracking & reporting status of deliverables & milestones
  • Support the adoption of RPA project life cycle day to day
  • Monitors risk management
  • Co-ordination of the regular RPA project and program level reporting cycles
  • Co-ordination of project governance, post project reviews
  • Contributing the quality reviews and coordinating activities in support of quality objectives
  • Ensure RPA project plans and project documentation are up-to-date
  • Contribute to delivery of RPaaS solution development on time.
  • Adheres to corporate policies and procedures including code of conduct, audit procedures and control related responsibility for financial data entered, stored or reported

Required Skills for this role include:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • At least 3 years recent experience in RPA / Software Development Program Management
  • Ability to work in flexible shift hours including night shifts
  • Ability to interface and work with analysts and managers
  • Ability to work as part of a team and drive the team towards the common goal
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Experience of program co-ordination/administration
  • Experience of managing small projects, or exposure to the end to end RPA project lifecycle, or managing substantial parts of the RPA project lifecycle
  • Experience of working within a structured RPA project management framework
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
  • Advanced Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Understanding of the importance for detail and organization
  • Skill at managing stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and tact with assertiveness
  • Very good prioritization skills to balance key priorities
  • A strong customer centric approach.
  • Strives to do the "right thing", not just the "easy thing"
  • Should be effective in unifying and creating teams of people with disparate skills
  • Is courageous and decisive, prioritizes effectively, maintains a clear focus and sees action through to delivery
