Project Program Mgmt. Senior Specialist

You will be responsible for defining and updating project management processes, standards, and governance. You will track and report the status of deliverables and milestones, as well as support the adoption of RPA project life cycle on a day-to-day basis. You will monitor risk management and coordinate regular RPA project and program level reporting cycles. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating project governance and post-project reviews. Your role will involve contributing to quality reviews and coordinating activities in support of quality objectives. Ensuring that RPA project plans and project documentation are up-to-date will also be part of your responsibilities. You will contribute to the delivery of RPaaS solution development on time while adhering to corporate policies and procedures, including the code of conduct, audit procedures, and responsibilities related to financial data. Required skills for this role include excellent communication skills, at least 3 years of recent experience in RPA/Software Development Program Management, and the ability to work flexible shift hours, including night shifts. You should be able to interface and work with analysts and managers, work effectively as part of a team, and drive the team towards common goals. The ability to work independently with minimal guidance, experience in program coordination/administration, and managing small projects or exposure to the end-to-end RPA project lifecycle are essential. You should also have experience working within a structured RPA project management framework, knowledge of project management tools and techniques, and advanced knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages such as Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. An understanding of the importance of detail and organization, skill in managing stakeholder groups, and balancing diplomacy and assertiveness are key requirements for this role. Excellent prioritization skills, a strong customer-centric approach, and the ability to unify and create teams of people with disparate skills are also essential. In addition, you should be courageous, decisive, goal-focused, and consistent, even under pressure. Building trust, demonstrating integrity in all circumstances, and striving to do the "right thing" are important qualities for this role.
