Project Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Project Planning Manager to lead and oversee the planning and execution of large-scale real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of industry experience and a proven track record in using Primavera (P6) for project scheduling and control. This role requires strategic foresight, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end project planning process for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables. Conduct critical path analysis, resource loading, and risk assessments to optimize project timelines. Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders. Identify potential delays and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices. Mentor and guide junior planning staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred),NICMAR Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in project planning within the real estate or construction industry. Proficient in Primavera P6 and other project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel). Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and project lifecycle management. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
