Understand and apply project planning and execution practices in accordance with best market practices for Project Management.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- You will be Lead planning, scheduling, and control activities in support of Project Managers, including tender and execution phases.
- You will develop and maintain integrated, resource-loaded schedules and man-hour budgets for accurate cost and progress forecasting.
- You will monitor project progress against baseline; analyse deviations, assess impacts of changes, and recommend corrective actions.
- You will ensure adherence to critical path methodology, Six Sigma standards, and compliance with internal/external guidelines.
- You will coordinate cross-functional activities to meet project goals within budget and timelines; conduct site visits to verify progress and identify risks, collaborate with teams to develop recovery plans, update schedules and budgets, and resolve delays through innovative solutions.
- You will escalate scheduling issues to LPG Lead Planner, Portfolio Leader, or Project Controls Manager, and provide resource optimization inputs.
- You will issue regular progress reports, schedule updates, and productivity metrics to stakeholders.
- You should effectively manage cross-functional interactions and confidently negotiate timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project realities while maintaining collaboration and professionalism.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
- You hold a bachelor's degree in electrical background and proficient in project planning, control and reporting.
- Should have 7 to 10 years professional work experience in project management domain. Planning experience in EPC projects with electrical scope of works are preferred.
- Experience working with project management plans (PMP), specifications and estimates (PS&E).
- Proven ability to manage larger, complex and tendering projects independently, with strong planning and execution skills.
- Ability to develop, maintain and update detailed schedules, ensure adherence to quality standards, create reports and provide analysis using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Capability to work from offshore. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality digital solutions.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
