Position: Project Manager Experience: 5+ years in Training Operations Management Education: MBA / PGDM / BE / B.Tech (Preferred) Industry Type: Education / E‑Learning / Corporate Training Location: Full‑time (Work from Office/Hybrid) Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Compensation: 10–15 LPA Job Summary The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing training operations, managing corporate training programs, and ensuring successful delivery of projects aligned with organizational objectives. The role requires strong expertise in project management methodologies, training operations, and stakeholder collaboration. Roles and Responsibilities Training Operations Management: Plan, execute, and monitor corporate training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Project Management: Lead end‑to‑end project lifecycle — scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management — following PMP standards. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with trainers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery and high satisfaction levels. Resource Allocation: Manage resources (trainers, materials, tools) efficiently to optimize training outcomes. Quality Assurance: Implement evaluation mechanisms to assess training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports, metrics, and insights to senior management. Desired Candidate Profile Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Training Operations Management or related roles in corporate training or education. Certification: PMP Certification is mandatory. Project Management Skills: Proven expertise in managing multiple projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interactions and team collaboration. Analytical Abilities: Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e‑learning tools is a plus. Leadership: Ability to mentor teams, manage conflicts, and foster a collaborative work environment. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with evolving priorities.
