About the Role:
Responsible for overall execution and management of transmission line or substation projects from initiation to commissioning, ensuring timely completion, quality, and cost control in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, monitor, and control all project activities — from site mobilization to handover.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams for smooth project execution.
Manage site resources, contractors, and workforce effectively.
Review project progress, schedules, and budgets; report to management periodically.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and statutory bodies for project coordination.
Handle billing, documentation, and project closure formalities.

Requirements:

B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Civil/Mechanical) preferred.
8–12 years of experience in Transmission/Distribution line projects or similar EPC works.
Strong knowledge of tower erection, stringing, and site management.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel and manage multiple sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
