Job Summary: The client is looking for a Project Manager with a strong electrical or electronics engineering background and 7–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a project management role. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in handling electrical/electronic control systems, client communications, and cross-functional coordination for design, approvals, and deliveries. Familiarity with PLCs, controllers, switchgear, and defense sector experience is highly preferred. The candidate must have excellent communication, risk management skills, and be able to independently handle projects from initiation to closure while meeting quality and cost expectations. Required Skills: B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication (ENTC), or Electrical & Electronics Engineering 7–10 years of overall experience 3 years of Project Manager (planning, inspections, documentation, approvals, and closure) Electrical/Electronic Systems (electrical or electronic control systems, switchboards, power distribution systems, or starter cum control systems) PLC, Controllers & Electrical Components (PLCs, Controllers, electrical switchgear, VFDs, starters, and electromechanical components) Standards Compliance (IS, IEC, BIS, NES, Def Stan, UL) Engineering Coordination (Design, Document Control, Engineering, etc.) Client & Stakeholder Management (customer communications, project schedules, and technical discussions) Risk & Issue Management (project risks, handling escalations) Tools Proficiency (Project Management tools/software) Defense Projects (defense domain projects) - preferred Show more Show less
