Role & responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project . Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align timelines. Prepare and update baseline schedules , recovery plans , and look-ahead schedules . Perform critical path analysis , delay analysis, and identify project risks. Monitor and track project progress and compare actual performance with the baseline. Provide weekly and monthly progress reports to management and clients. Assist in cost loading and resource planning . Evaluate subcontractor schedules and ensure alignment with project goals. Support claims and extension of time (EOT) processes with proper documentation. Coordinate with site execution teams to ensure project progress is achieved as planned. Conduct planning review meetings and ensure timely project delivery. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering. 10+ years of relevant planning experience in civil, infrastructure, or industrial construction projects . Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Excel , and project reporting tools. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management frameworks, and scheduling techniques.

Plan, execute, and manage all phases of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control . Lead project execution on-site, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety norms. Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion. Monitor project milestones, resolve issues, and escalate where necessary to ensure smooth progress. Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings with stakeholders. We are seeking a skilled Draftsman civil/ mechanical/electrical & instrumentation with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The Ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of engineering drawings, with proficiency in CAD software. You will collaborate closely with engineers to produce detailed technical drawings that meet project specifications. Key Responsibilities Creating Models and drawings as per corporate needs and as per international standards Verifying drawings prepared by other colleagues (Corporate) Interface with corporate engineers to solve the drawing & Process related queries. Design and drafting of Packaging drawings. Dimensions Report Preparation. Supporting cost estimators (Corporate) when Drawings / sketches are requested to be produced, quoted and printed in some specific format Review and verify the process drawings to meet the manufacturing requirements. Equipment Installation and Commissioning: Overseeing the installation of control systems, field instruments, and other C&I equipment, ensuring they are correctly connected and calibrated. System Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving issues with control systems, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring the reliable operation of the plant. Documentation and Reporting: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and operating procedures, as well as generating reports on system performance. Safety Compliance: Ensuring that all C&I systems and operations adhere to relevant safety standards and regulations. Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with other engineers, technicians, and operators to ensure the smooth functioning of the desalination plant. Specific Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation systems: Knowledge of electrical wiring, instrumentation principles, and relevant codes and standards. Experience with PLC/DCS/SCADA systems: Hands-on experience in commissioning and troubleshooting these control systems, including integration with field instruments. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications: Proficiency in interpreting P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), cable schedules, and other relevant documentation. Knowledge of desalination processes: Familiarity with different desalination technologies, such as reverse osmosis (RO) and multi-effect distillation (MED), and their associated control requirements.
