Job Description

Plan, execute, and manage all phases of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control . Lead project execution on-site, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety norms. Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion. Monitor project milestones, resolve issues, and escalate where necessary to ensure smooth progress. Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings with stakeholders. Prepare and present weekly/monthly project reports , budgets, and forecasts to management. Manage procurement activities, inventory, and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment. Identify and mitigate risks through proactive planning and problem-solving. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred but not mandatory). Minimum 8 years of experience in managing medium to large-scale construction projects (water and waste water industry . Strong knowledge of construction practices, project lifecycle, and site execution. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with contract management, billing processes, and quality assurance. Excellent communication for Managing client
