Project Manager

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred for senior roles).
• PMP (Project Management Professional)

Experience:

• 3–7 years of proven experience in project management or related roles.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects from initiation through completion.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset and risk management expertise.
• Ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities (for reference):

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans and ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Communicate with stakeholders, team members, and senior management.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
• Conduct project evaluations and post-mortems for continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
