Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Project Manager

to lead the delivery of IT products and solutions with a strong focus on

mobile applications

and modern digital platforms. This role requires a unique mix of

delivery excellence, client engagement, and technical understanding

, ensuring smooth execution of projects from concept to launch.You will play a pivotal role in bridging

business goals and technology teams

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT products and mobile app projects—scoping, planning, execution, and post-release support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, QA, architects) to ensure project milestones are met.
Partner with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, define roadmaps, and manage expectations.
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and project constraints to ensure smooth delivery.
Drive agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Track and report on project performance, budgets, timelines, and outcomes.
Provide technical context in conversations with clients and development teams, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
Mentor and guide junior project team members, encouraging a culture of ownership and accountability.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of overall experience, with at least 4 years in IT project management.
Proven track record of delivering mobile app and digital product projects.
Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business language and vice versa.
Good exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and APIs is a plus.
Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
Certification in PMP, CSM, or equivalent is desirable but not mandatory.
