Job Description

Payroll - Walsons Facility Solutions

Working Days - 6 days a week

Contractual for 3 months

Planning & Coordination
Prepare execution plans, schedules, coordinate with consultants, architects, and contractors.
Design & Technical Review
Validate drawings, BOQs, specifications, and ensure statutory compliance.
Execution Oversight
Monitor daily civil & MEP work, ensure quality, safety, and timely progress.
Progress Monitoring
– Review milestones, identify delays, implement corrective actions, and report regularly.
Stakeholder Management
– Act as SPOC for client, vendors, and contractors; conduct review meetings.
Post-Completion
– Address defects liability, coordinate rectifications, and support facility teams.
