Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Development: Manage the project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and cost estimates. Oversee site evaluations, permitting, and regulatory compliance. Team & Resource Management: Lead and coordinate internal project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Assign tasks and responsibilities, monitor workloads, and ensure accountability. Facilitate communication between engineering, procurement, and construction teams. Execution & Construction Oversight: Manage daily construction activities and ensure alignment with design specifications. Track progress, identify risks or delays, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure quality assurance and adherence to safety protocols on-site. Budgeting & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, approve invoices, and control costs. Manage procurement of materials and equipment in line with project needs. Report financial status and forecasts to stakeholders. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, regulators, and utility companies. Provide regular updates and reports on project status, risks, and milestones. Lead client meetings and present project progress and outcomes. Commissioning & Handover: Oversee testing, inspection, and system commissioning. Ensure proper documentation for project close-out, warranties, and handover. Support operations and maintenance teams during project transition.
