Job Description

Main Responsibilities of the Role: 1. Order Receipt & Engagement Setup  Review order processing forms (OPFs), purchase orders (POs), and proposals to understand engagement scope.  Prepare engagement documents (NDA, Engagement Letter) ensuring alignment with organizational templates and compliance requirements.  Develop project strategies and create a project management calendar to track goals and objectives. 2. Planning & Scheduling  Coordinate with team leads to schedule activities, allocate resources, and plan deadlines.  Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.  Prepare necessary presentation materials (e.g., kick-off decks, project status reports) for client and internal meetings. 3. Stakeholder Communication  Organize and actively participate in internal and stakeholder meetings.  Serve as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for clients throughout the project.  Facilitate meetings where appropriate, documenting and distributing minutes.  Record important decisions, prerequisites, and action items, ensuring timely follow-up. 4. Execution & Monitoring  Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.  Track risks and scope changes, ensuring solutions are developed and communicated clearly.  Ensure all project documentation, reports, and deliverables undergo appropriate internal reviews before client submission.  Manage stakeholder expectations to align with project objectives and constraints. 5. Project Closure  Facilitate closure activities including internal reviews, sign-off documentation, and collection of client feedback.  Conduct feedback calls with clients and internal presales teams.  Ensure all documentation is finalized and maintained appropriately for future reference.
