A project manager's job involves leading projects from inception to completion by defining scope, setting objectives, creating budgets, managing resources, coordinating teams, and monitoring progress to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include planning, execution, and risk management, while critical skills are communication, leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Responsibilities

• Planning & Scope Definition: Working with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and requirements.
• Budget Management: Developing and managing the project budget, ensuring financial constraints are met.
• Resource Allocation: Identifying and allocating necessary human and material resources to tasks.
• Team Leadership: Assembling, motivating, and leading the project team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Timeline & Schedule: Creating project schedules, setting milestones, and monitoring progress to meet deadlines.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and managing changes as they arise.
• Stakeholder Communication: Keeping all stakeholders informed about project status, changes, and challenges.
• Quality Control: Ensuring the work completed meets the required standards and quality.
• Project Closeout: Overseeing the finalization of the project and evaluating its success against its objectives.
