The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring high-quality execution. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of furniture production and interior design principles. Key Responsibilities: • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software is a plus. • Experience with tools like MS Project, Trello, or Asana for project tracking. • Develop detailed project plans, define scopes, and allocate resources for successful project delivery. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring expectations are met. • Lead and coordinate designers, craftsmen, and production teams to achieve project goals. • Prepare cost estimates, monitor expenses, and ensure projects remain within budget. • Supervise manufacturing processes, quality control, and timely delivery of furniture pieces. • Collaborate with suppliers to source materials and negotiate contracts.  • Conduct on-site visits to monitor installations, resolve issues, and ensure project alignment with design specifications. • Identify potential risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track. • Streamline operations to improve efficiency and maintain high-quality standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture Design, Project Management, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management within furniture manufacturing or interior design. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software is a plus. • Experience with tools like MS Project, Trello, or Asana for project tracking. • Strong ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to foresee challenges and implement effective solutions. • Ensuring precision in design, production, and installation.
