Site Engineer

Job Title: Site Engineer Location: Mylasandra, Bangalore Experience: 1+ year Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking a detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee and manage our interior design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, and coordination with various stakeholders to ensure timely project completion. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for design implementation. Key Responsibilities: · Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and site management tools. · Strong understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, and quality control. · Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. · Supervise on-site interior construction, ensuring adherence to design and quality standards. · Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors for seamless execution. · Manage site labor, subcontractors, and material procurement. · Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations. · Identify and resolve on-site issues to prevent project delays. · Communicate project progress with management and stakeholders. · Maintain site records, including daily reports, material logs, and approvals. · Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes. · Effective communication and coordination with teams and vendors. · Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. · Must have their own vehicle for site visits. · Strong Knowledge on Technical execution is mandatory. · Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related firm. · 2 years of experience in interior project execution. · Project management or safety certification (Preferred) · Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites.
