Job Title: Telecaller Location: Gottigere, Bangalore Experience: 1+ years Employment Type: Full-Time   About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Tele caller to join our team in the Interior design, Furniture design and manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to handle clients inquiries efficiently. This role involves generating leads, following up with potential customers, and supporting sales efforts to drive business growth.   Key Responsibilities: ·        Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company products and services. ·        Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous interactions to convert prospects into customers. ·        Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions based on their needs. ·        Maintain a database of customer information and update records in the CRM system. ·        Handle inbound calls, address customer queries, and provide necessary information. ·        Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth client interactions. ·        Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team. ·        Meet daily and monthly call targets while ensuring high-quality customer engagement. ·        Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to improve sales strategies. ·        Maintain a professional and courteous approach to enhance customer satisfaction.   Required Skills & Qualifications: ·        1+ years of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive or in a similar role. ·        Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and regional languages. ·        Basic knowledge of the Interior design, Furniture design and manufacturing industry is a plus. ·        Ability to handle multiple calls, follow up diligently, and maintain accurate records. ·        Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications. ·        Positive attitude, target-driven approach, and willingness to learn. ·        Meet daily and monthly call targets while ensuring high-quality customer engagement.   Benefits: ·        Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. ·        Opportunities for career advancement and growth within the company. ·        Work in a creative, collaborative, and dynamic team environment.
