Project Manager

Urgently required Project manager for a Civil construction company in Muniyoor, Malappuram

Preferably Diploma/degree Civil Egg
Minimum 3 year experience as a project Manger especially in construction industry (Mandatory)
Solid knowledge to prepare the working schedule, cost schedule and quality check list for the project.

Job Purpose:

The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of projects in line with deadlines, budget constraints, and resource allocation requirements. The role demands coordination with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project deliverables are met efficiently and effectively.

1. Timely Project Completion • % of projects completed within defined deadlines

2. Budget Adherence • % of projects completed within the allocated budget

3. Resource Allocation & Utilization • Resource utilization rate (% of planned vs. actual utilization)

Job description

• Solid knowledge in project management
• Coordinate all projects with the concerned departments and supervisors
• Responsibility of entire project will goes to this position
• Provide inspired leadership for the organisation
• Need Good communication
• Make important policy planning and strategy decision for the organisation
• Oversee budgeting reporting planning and auditing
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with law and regulation
• Support communication with the labours and management team
