Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to oversee on-site construction activities, ensure compliance with design specifications, and manage quality control. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor construction work to ensure adherence to plans, codes, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and project managers to resolve on-site issues.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and material testing.
• Prepare daily progress reports, site measurements, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Manage labor, equipment, and materials efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Assist in cost estimation and budget control.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and propose solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in construction projects (residential/commercial).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction software (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of IS codes, construction methodologies, and safety norms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
