Job Title: Project ManagerLocation: GurgaonJob Type: Full-time Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects across multiple departments and stakeholders. You will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards. Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale and high-impact initiativesDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholdersDevelop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and contingency plansManage budgets, schedules, and resource allocationFacilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholdersTrack project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesIdentify and mitigate potential risks and issues proactivelyEnsure adherence to project governance and compliance requirementsMentor and support junior project managers and team membersContinuously seek process improvements and project delivery optimization Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)5+ years of project management experiencePMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferredProven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budgetStrong leadership, organizational, and time management skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Agile, Scrum, and/or Lean methodologiesIndustry-specific knowledge or experience (e.g., IT, construction, finance, healthcare)Change management and stakeholder engagement expertise
