💫Job Title: Project Manager – SAP SCM / Procurement Domain💫 🔷Location: Pune, India 🔷Experience: 6+ Years 🔷Employment Type: Full-Time 🔷Industry: IT Services / ERP / SAP Consulting 🔷Functional Area: Project Management, ERP (SAP SCM, Procurement) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager with a strong technical background in Procurement and Supply Chain Management (SCM), preferably with experience in SAP product-based environments. The ideal candidate will lead client-facing SAP SCM implementation or enhancement projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of project milestones. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project delivery in the SAP SCM or Procurement domain with a focus on client satisfaction, scope, time, and budget. Manage stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and proactive risk management. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate client requirements into project deliverables. Oversee project planning, resource allocation, risk assessment, and performance tracking using standard project management tools and methodologies. Drive business process analysis and improvement initiatives within procurement and supply chain workflows. Provide subject matter expertise in SAP SCM modules (MM, SRM, Ariba, etc.) or equivalent procurement systems. Conduct regular project reviews and steer meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, compliance, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus. Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years focused on SAP SCM/Procurement projects. Proven experience handling SAP product-based implementations or upgrades. Hands-on knowledge of SAP SCM modules such as MM, SRM, Ariba, or S/4HANA Procurement. Strong client engagement and communication skills; experience in managing global stakeholders is a plus. Solid understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and supply chain operations. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) and documentation. Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP Activate methodology or Agile/Scrum frameworks.
