Role Overview

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Saras Pulse implementations and customizations for e-commerce clients.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Client Engagement & Customization:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their analytics needs and translating them into actionable project plans.
• Gather and document client requirements for custom analytics, dashboards, and integrations.
• Coordinate the delivery of tailored solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with product, engineering, analytics, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, resolving conflicts and ensuring alignment on project goals.

• Process & Quality Management:

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and manage risks and issues.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Implement best practices in project management, data governance, and change management.

• Performance Analysis & Reporting:

• Monitor project performance using analytics and reporting tools.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as project milestones, client satisfaction, and solution adoption.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project status and outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS, data analytics, or e-commerce environments.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce business processes, analytics platforms, and digital marketing concepts.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver customized solutions.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and analytics.
• Familiarity with data visualization, BI tools, and e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience implementing or customizing analytics solutions for e-commerce clients.
• Knowledge of data integration, ETL, and reporting best practices.
• Experience managing third-party vendors or technology partners.

Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) is an advantage.
