Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with 10-20 years of experience to lead our RPA team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects and implementing automation solutions.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the implementation of RPA solutions across various projects.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for successful execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop automation opportunities.
Implement and manage automated processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RPA implementations.
Provide training and support to end-users on new automation systems.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in project management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of RPA tools and technologies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with employment firms or recruitment services firms is an added advantage.
