Project Manager

Job Description As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects that meet stakeholder expectations, align with strategic priorities, and create value for the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and achieving project goals efficiently. - Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks to minimize disruptions and promptly resolve issues to maintain project momentum. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, and acting as a bridge between technical teams, business units, and leadership. - Tracking project milestones, performance metrics, deliverables, and providing regular status updates to all relevant stakeholders. Qualification Required To be successful in this role, you should have: - Graduation and Post-Graduation degrees. - Certifications in Lean/Six Sigma (minimum Green Belt), Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster. - Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and regulatory requirements. - Expertise in Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project. - Proficiency in Collaboration & Reporting tools like Microsoft Teams, Tableau, and Power BI. - Competency in Business Process Reengineering for optimizing workflows and processes. - Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Additional Company Details The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience, with exposure to banking being preferable. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects contribute to organizational objectives, deliver high-quality outcomes, and engage stakeholders effectively.
